Course Terms & Policies

We are transparent about how your assessment work is used and protected:

• How submissions are used: Your assessment submissions (simulation responses and final assessment) are used for marking, feedback, quality assurance, and certificate verification purposes only.
• AI provisional marking: AI may assist with initial rubric-based scoring. This marking is provisional and always reviewed by a human assessor before any decision is made.
• Human decision-making: Final certification decisions, written feedback, and grade awards are completed by qualified human assessors. AI cannot issue certificates.
• Record retention: Assessment records may be retained to evidence course completion and certificate validity. This enables future verification by employers or regulators.
• Privacy protection: Your assessment content and written work are not shown publicly. Only you and authorised assessors can view your submissions.
• Certificate verification: The public certificate verification service reveals only limited information: certificate status (valid/invalid), your name, certificate title, issue date, and certificate number. Assessment details, feedback, and contact information are never disclosed.

We want you to be confident in your decision to enrol. Our refund policy is straightforward:

• Full refund within 14 days if you have not submitted any assessment work (no simulation responses or final assessment submitted).
• No refund after submission — once you have submitted any simulation response or final assessment for review, refunds are not normally available as assessor time has been allocated.
• To request a refund within the eligible period, contact the programme team with your enrolment details.

Our pricing is transparent and varies by region:

• UK purchases: £349 + VAT — VAT is added at checkout for UK-based learners.
• International prices: USD $449 and EUR €415 are shown for reference. These prices do not include local taxes or VAT unless handled by the payment provider at checkout.
• All prices are one-off payments giving lifetime access to course materials.

All assessments go through a rigorous two-stage review process:

• AI initial marking: AI provides a provisional rubric-based marking pass against the published assessment criteria.
• Human assessor review: A qualified human assessor completes the final review, provides written feedback, and makes the certification decision. AI cannot issue certificates.
• Review timeframe: Typical assessor review is completed within 5 working days of submission. You will receive email notification when your review is complete.
• Written feedback: All learners receive detailed written feedback from their assessor, referencing the published rubric and their specific submission.

If your assessment does not meet the pass standard on first submission:

• One resubmission included — if your assessor requests revisions, you may resubmit your work once at no additional cost.
• Additional resubmissions — further resubmissions beyond the first may require programme admin approval and could incur additional review fees.
• Feedback utilisation: Your assessor's written feedback will clearly indicate what is required for a successful resubmission.

Certificates are issued only when all requirements are met:

• All required modules complete — all Mission Briefings and Controller Simulations must be completed.
• All simulations passed — all Controller Simulation responses must be approved by an assessor.
• Final Assessment passed — your Final Assessment must be reviewed and marked as "passed" by a human assessor.
• No automatic issuance — certificates are never issued automatically. A human assessor must confirm you have met all requirements.
• Certificate format — successful learners receive a numbered certificate with official completion record. The certificate states "Certified Marketing Controller".
